Eric Sprott has added an additional 2.7 million shares of Metanor Resources (MTO.V) in the past weeks, bringing his total to 32.7 million shares or approximately 7.75% of all of Metanor’s outstanding shares. On top of that, Sprott also owns 20 million warrants resulting in a fully diluted position of almost 10% (and 12% on a partially diluted basis).
That’s a great vote of confidence, and it will be interesting to see if Sprott will buy more stock on the open market.
