Equity Metals (EQTY.V) has released the assay results of five holes that were completed on the No3 Vein as part of its 2025 summer drill program at Silver Queen. While all five holes encountered mineralization, not all holes were equally interesting. Hole SQ25-147 was the weakest with just 30 centimeters of true width with an average grade of 158 g/t silver-equivalent. Hole 151 encountered an interesting interval of 2.4 meters containing 305 g/t silver-equivalent, but the majority of this interval was carried by the 0.5 meter of 1331 g/t silver-equivalent (indicating the remaining 1.9 meters contained an average grade of just over 1 ounce of silver-equivalent per tonne of rock.

Of the five holes the company reported on, hole 148 as the best hole with two distinct zones of high-grade mineralization. After drilling an initial 3.5 meters (true width) of 536 g/t AgEq, the drill bit encountered an additional 1.7 meters (once again, true width) containing 788 g/t AgEq. Both intervals were boosted by two shorter but higher grade intervals of respectively 0.7 meters at 1374 g/t AgEq and 0.9 meters of 1123 g/t AgEq. This means the residual intervals of 2.8 meters and 0.8 meters contained 326 g/t AgEq and 410 g/t AgEq, which is still very decent.
The exploration program was designed to drill-test the down-dip extent of the previously encountered mineralization towards the north. Equity Metals is now wrapping up its 6,000 meter drill program and we can expect a steady stream of assay results to be published over the next few months.
