Global Metals Exploration (ASX:GXN) has reported the results of re-assaying the earlier drilled intercepts. The now reported 1 meter assays were taken from the original 4 meter assays which showed signs of Copper-Nickel mineralization.

The resampling assays have revealed an intercept of 2 meters containing 0.38%Cu and 0.14% Ni. As this is a re-sample from an earlier released drill hole, this doesn’t really come as a big surprise.

The copper and nickel grade isn’t very shocking and doesn’t get us dancing on the streets, but it definitely shows there is an anomaly at Jutson Rocks, and we hope the project will be drilled substantially in 2013, as drilling is the only way to create value.
