Standard Tolling (TON.V) has announced an angry farmer has caused damage to the entrance of the company’s ore processing plant and the scale which will be used to weight the trucks delivering the ore to the Standard Tolling plant. According to the company, there seems to be a disagreement about a public access way whereafter the farmer took the matter into his own hands, even though the Peruvian law strictly forbids anyone to do so. It looks like the damage is minor, and it shouldn’t be long before Standard Tolling has repaired the damage so it can re-focus on pre-commissioning its plant by the end of this month.

We have received some emails about Standard Tolling’s problems, and would like to confirm this is an isolated incident and does not impact other toll milling companies such as Inca One Gold (IO.V) and Dynacor Gold (DNG.TO).
