Cardinal Resources (ASX:CDV) has released several more drill intervals from its Namdini gold project in Ghana, where it’s completing another drill program to follow up on some excellent exploration results. Back in February, the company discovered several high-grade intercepts, such as 15 meters of 4 g/t gold as well as 18.1 meters of almost 3 g/t gold. And as these drill results were encountered relatively close to surface (the 15 meters interval was intercepted less than 60 meters from surface), the importance of the high-grade zone cannot be overestimated.
