Eagle Plains Resources (EPL.V) announced its partner Sun Summit Minerals (SMN.V) has approved the 2025 exploration plan at the Theory copper-gold project in British Columbia’s Toodoggone district.

The project borders the Ranch project owned by Thesis Gold and is located within hiking distance from the JD project owned by Sun Summit. The 2025 exploration program will consist of a mapping and sampling program designed to follow up on the areas of interest generated through the 2024 airborne survey. While the budget has not been disclosed, the 2025 exploration expenditures will exceed the required C$200,000 as part of the option agreement. Eagle Plains will be the operator of the 2025 exploration program.
