CuDeCo (ASX:CDU) has reported the results of hole DODH471 which was drilled outside the current resource estimate area. The hole intersected 28 meters at 3.49% CuEq, including 10 meters at a very high 8.04% (of which 7.3% was copper).

The company is currently assessing the drill results and will decide about drilling some deeper holes at the project to test the mineralization at depth, as it’s possible there might be a high-grade feeder system underneath the currently known copper mineralization. The company will very likely also drill more holes on the southern side of the property where mineralization seems to be wider. It’s very likely CuDeCo will be able to considerably expand its resource estimate if the next few holes also return decent copper values.
