Yesterday, CuOro Resources (CUA.V) reported the positive results of the metallurgical tests they conducted at the Santa Elena VMS project in Colombia.

The recoveries are extremely encouraging. Almost 95% of the copper and 97% of the gold was recovered from the massive sulphide sample, and the recovery rate for the disseminated sulphide sample was approximately 89%.

These preliminary metallurgical results are very encouraging, and as the project can now be seen as a relatively high grade high recovery-project, we are looking forward to the PEA on Santa Elena which should be released sometime next year.
