Havilah Resources (ASX:HAV) has reported a new gold find at its Kalkaroo project in South Australia where the company is completing an air core drill program. The company confirmed it found gold mineralization in different drill holes with interesting intercepts such as 37 meters at 4.8g/t and 45 meters of almost 1% copper.

If this mineralization is laterally extensive, the company thinks this could bode well for economic studies on the project which already contains almost 2M ounces of gold and 1.2B lbs of copper. The potential near-surface gold-cap would allow the company to go into production very fast and generate more cash flow in the early stages of the operation
