Nevsun Resources (NSU.TO, NYSEMKT:NSU) has released previously unreported assay results on the Hambok project which were completed by the previous owner. The company notes a lot of highlights as these drill results confirm the continuity of the sulphide body with further exploration potential to the south, north and at depth.

The previous exploration program at Hambok revealed high-grade copper intercepts such as almost 80 meters at in excess of 1.5% copper and 2% zinc, and 75 meters of 1.7% copper and 3% zinc.

Nevsun is currently conducting a drill program at Hambok which will be incorporated in the expected Bisha resource update in Q1 of next year. The company already completed 8 drill holes and those assays are still pending.
