Newcore Gold (NCAU.V) which is in the middle of a 90,000 meter drill program on its flagship Enchi gold project in Ghana, has announced it has made two new gold discoveries on the Tokosea and Sewum South grassroots  drill targets. Those targets were tested with an RC drill rig and the company discovered oxide gold mineralization at both targets, relatively close to surface.

Some of the intervals are good, others are a bit more disappointing but the general takeaway is that these are encouraging drill results for a first pass drill program at both Sewum South and Tokosea. As drilling remained limited to a depth of just around 75 meters, Newcore Gold appears to be just scratching the surface of those areas and the exploration targets which were based on gold anomalies have now been validated. This also confirms the possibility to discover more gold mineralization along strike at the four existing deposits which will play an important role in expanding the resource base of the Enchi gold project.
