Pilot Gold (PLG.TO) has announced excellent drill results from the Kinsley Mountain gold project in Nevada, USA (which is a Joint Venture with Nevada Sunrise (NEV.V)). More than 1,300 holes have been drilled on the project, but hole PK091CA has returned the best intercept ever, as it intersected 8.5g/t of gold over more than 36 meters including 7.6 meters of almost 1 ounce of gold per tonne of rock, which is phenomenal.

Additional drill results from the Western Flank target confirm the potential to expand the mineralized gold zones even further as this zone is located approximately 550 meters from the past producing open pits. Pilot Gold has drilled 58 holes at Kinsley Mountain and is awaiting assays for the last 26 holes of this year’s drill program, but it’s becoming clear this project might very well be a district play.
