Tocvan Ventures (TOC.C) has appointed Christopher Gordon as its new CEO. Gordon previously was the head of corporate development at the company and is now taking over the CEO role from Brodie Sutherland, who is moving to become executive chairman. Additionally, Rodrigo Calles-Montijo has been appointed as president.
Gordon gets handed the reins of a ‘clean’ company, after Tocvan entered into an agreement with JV partner Colibri Resource Corp to acquire the latter’s stake in the core claims at Pilar.
