Blue Jay Gold (JAY.V) isn’t wasting any time, and has commenced drilling at the Becker-Cochran silver-antimony showing on its Steller gold project in southern Yukon. This initial drill program will consist of ten holes. These holes will drill-test the theory that the historical underground development worked only the uppermost part of the system, which may extend to a vertical depth of as deep as 600 meters (versus the sub-100 meter depth reached during the historical mining operations).
These initial ten holes will test the lateral and vertical continuity of the mineralized system, and we are looking forward to seeing the antimony values encountered in those ten holes.
Meanwhile, Blue Jay Gold expects to be able to publish initial assay results from its 2026 drill program at Skukum Creek and Mt Skukum later this month.
